We generate a private webpage exclusively for your loved one’s live stream. You will receive the link through email, which you can share with those who you wish to view the live stream. This can be done by simply forwarding the whole email to family and friends.

Yes, once the live stream concludes, the video will be momentarily processed and reloaded onto the same private page. The private webpage will remain accessible for a minimum of 6 months.

 No, to ensure full control over who possesses the video, a fully edited copy will be supplied to the family. Any copies required can be ordered through the designated next of kin.

You can easily view the live stream on any smartphone or tablet device with an internet connection by clicking on the link supplied.

Yes, All our livestreaming or filming packages include a keepsake copy of the service on USB. All livestreams are recorded to the camera and all the footage is then edited together and placed onto a USB as an mp4 file. Extra copies can be ordered before or after the event.

Yes, only those with the shared live stream link can access the page. We do not index the page for search engines. For added security, a password can be included on the video page if desired.

In most cases, yes. Our live streams have been successfully viewed worldwide. However, certain countries, like China, may have restrictions on video streaming platforms. Digiflix uses Vimeo as our streaming server and guests can try connecting to the test video here.

Our team brings their own internet equipment. In the rare event of poor connectivity, a backup recording is promptly uploaded to the private page for viewing at a later time.

The private page has Digiflix contact details, where our office team will be available to assist viewers. Troubleshooting tips are also provided on the webpage.

Yes, we can assist with live streaming multiple locations, including the burial. Our team of professional videographers can support your family across multiple venues.

While our live streaming cameras are set in a fixed location to maintain a stable internet connection, we do record the arrival and departure moments outside the church on another Camera. These moments are later edited into the live streaming footage, and the edited video will be available to view within 14 days.

Absolutely, our core values prioritize professionalism, respect, and discretion. Our videographers arrive early to set up inconspicuously before your arrival, choosing a location that won’t distract from the service. Once the service starts, they remain stationary, ensuring minimal disturbance.

Yes, our setup includes multiple professional wireless microphones directly connected to the cameras. The videographer monitors and adjusts the sound level of each microphone throughout the service to ensure clear audio for online viewers.

Our team will normally require access to the venue approximately 1 hour before the service. This allows sufficient time for setup, equipment testing, and internet connectivity checks.

Yes, we offer various ways to capture the memory of your loved one’s service. Alongside live streaming, you can consider a video recording, which will be available within 14 days or an express edit service where the recording will be uploaded to a private webpage within 24 hours.
